Thank you for shopping at VortexTennis.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms described below.

30-Day Full Refund Guarantee

We offer a 30-day full refund on eligible purchases made through VortexTennis.com. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your product to request a refund. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your item, we cannot offer you a refund.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund, all of the following must be true:

  1. Your purchase was made directly through VortexTennis.com.

  2. Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  3. The product is returned in like-new condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  4. The product shows no signs of misuse, abuse, or significant wear beyond reasonable inspection.

How to Request a Refund

To begin a refund request:

Return Shipping

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Processing Your Refund
